We take pride in offering high-quality, tailor-made thobes and abayas that comply with the sunnah, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a no-refunds policy, which means that we do not offer refunds for any reason other than defects in the products. However, we do offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email or phone, and provide your order number, details of the product you would like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that shipping costs for the exchange will be at the customer's expense.
If the product is defective, we will issue a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs. Please contact us by email or phone within 14 days of receipt of the defective product, and provide your order number, details of the defect, and any relevant photos. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
